・Protein Annotation Workflow

The purpose of this workflow is to provide wet researchers or alike comprehensive information about structures and functions of the given protein whose 3D structure has not been determined. It performs secondary structure prediction, buried residue prediction, fold recognition, disorder prediction, transmembrane prediction, beta sheet prediction and cellular localization prediction in a parallelized and distributed fashion. Available since December 2008.



・Comparative Protein Information Workflow

The purpose of this workflow is to provide wet researchers or alike information on structurally significant regions, such as conserved regions, by comparing homologous proteins. The user would select proteins among homologous proteins, multiple alignment will then be performed together with the results of secondary structure prediction. Available since March 2009.




・Protein Modelling Workflow

Modelling Workflow divides a given amino acid sequence into significant regions using Blast/Psi-Blast, and constructs a 3D structure, based on templates, with assist of modeling software. Available since November 2009.
